Data Subject Rights

Below we set out how you can exercise your rights over the personal information we hold. If you have a question or cannot find the answer, contact our Information Officer / Deputy Information Officer at dpo@iotnxt.com.

Right to access

You may request a record or description of the personal information we hold about you, and confirmation, free of charge, of whether we hold any, along with the categories of third parties who have had access to it.

Right to correct

You may correct information we hold if it is inaccurate, out of date, excessive, irrelevant or misleading.

Right to object

In certain circumstances you may object to our processing. Because providing products and services requires processing your information, the provision of that information is mandatory, and you may not object where doing so would prevent us continuing to provide the products or services.

Right to restrict

Where you contest the accuracy of your information, or where we no longer require it for its purpose but must retain it for proof, you may ask us to restrict processing.

Right to deletion

Where your information is inaccurate, irrelevant, excessive, out of date, incomplete, misleading or obtained unlawfully, you may request that we erase it. If your contract with IoT.nxt has ended, we may still have lawful grounds to process certain information.
